The Rules
The Ultimate Enterprise Bootcamp is open to anyone who is 100% invested in running a successful business. Membership to the bootcamp is not restricted to any particular legal industry or social circles, and we do not discriminate based on your business, ideas, goals or background.
In order to preserve our standards of professionalism, dedication and cooperation, we have a number of rules and guidelines that new members are required to read and accept before being welcomed into our community.
1. The Enterprise Toolbox
1.1. Each member contracts with The Enterprise Toolbox. The Enterprise Toolbox reserves the right to charge members an annual subscription fee and for admission to the bootcamp as agreed in the disclaimer. The right to waive or amend such fees or subscriptions are subject to The Enterprise Toolbox’s sole discretion.
2. YOUR MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
2.1. By completing and submitting your application for membership, you must agree to our rules.
2.2. The Enterprise Toolbox leadership board is responsible for the admittance of new members and has the sole discretion as to who shall become a member of the bootcamp.
2.3 You are free to withdraw your application at any time. Should you wish to do so, please contact our membership team at accounts@applesandpears.biz. If your membership application is approved we will confirm this by email and a payment link. Your membership will commence on the date of receipt of your payment.
3. PROPOSING NEW MEMBERS
3.1. All current members can propose new members; this can be done by emailing accounts@applesandpears.biz or referring your proposee through the Client Portal. Your proposee can also apply via our website stating your name on their application.
4. MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL
4.1. Membership is for a minimum period of one month via direct debit, with yearly membership also available.
4.2. Membership renewals are processed automatically.
4.3. If you wish to not renew your membership please notify us at least 30 days prior to your renewal date via email to accounts@applesandpears.biz.
5. MEMBERSHIP PROFILE
5.1. It is important we have your current details including a recent photograph on your membership profile. By becoming a member of The Ultimate Enterprise Bootcamp, you agree that we can hold your personal details and a photograph of you for us to use in connection with your membership.
6. PAYMENTS
6.1 Upon submitting your payment details, your membership fees for the first year will be taken. It is within our discretion to amend our membership fees at any time, we will notify you no less than 30 days prior to your renewal date.
6.2. Failure to pay the annual subscription will result in the member not being admitted to the bootcamp and the membership being suspended. If payment is still not received after 30 days, the membership will be terminated.
6.3. Membership can be cancelled within 14 days from the payment date and a full refund will be processed to the bank details provided by the member upon cancellation request. A penalty fee would be subjected for any cancellation after the 14 days from payment date. Cancelation approval depends on the duration and status of the membership.
7. RESIGNATION OF MEMBERSHIP
7.1. Should you wish to resign your membership part way through the year no refunds will be given.
8. Privacy and Data Protection:
8.1 Under the Data Protection Act 2018, all information submitted to the Enterprise Toolbox, including personal and financial, will remain strictly confidential and will never be shared with third parties. Any information you receive from the Enterprise Toolbox during your membership with the bootcamp must not be redistributed or shared with a third party for profit or any other purpose.
Any discovered incidents of redistributed learning materials may result in legal action.
9. CAMERAS & RECORDING DEVICES
9.1. Screen capture and recording devices may be used for revision purposes during your membership with the bootcamp. Members must not redistribute any imagery or videos of learning materials under the Data Protection Act 2018 and failure to comply will result in termination of membership and possible legal action.
10. LAPTOPS, TABLETS, AUDIO & VIDEO
10.1. Movies, videos and songs must not be played during distance learning exercises and webcam meetings.
11. PRESS & SOCIAL MEDIA
11.1. The Enterprise Toolbox grants its members permission to write reviews on social media of their experience with the bootcamp but MUST NOT disclose any personal information about other members, including their names, and MUST NOT disclose any specific learning materials gathered during their membership.
12. CONFIDENTIALITY
12.1. The Enterprise Toolbox management and staff are required to adhere to the strictest confidentiality standards and pledge to maintain all records and personal information concerning the members and their guests in the strictest confidence. Once membership has ended, all records are deleted under the Data Protection Act 2018 regulations.
13. DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURE
13.1. Conduct by a member that is prejudicial to the reputation of The Enterprise Toolbox or its members may result in the expulsion of such member or guest.
13.2. An expelled member may not rejoin the bootcamp.
14. LIABILITY OF THE COMPANY
14.1. Private interactions between members of the bootcamp, beyond the platform of the membership program, is subject to the members’ discretion. The Enterprise Toolbox is not liable for any incidents taking place between members outside of the bootcamp will not act as mediator to resolve said issues.
15. AMENDMENTS TO THE RULES
15.1. The Enterprise Toolbox may change the company rules from time to time, by displaying notification of the change on -website-.
